What is your return & exchange policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery to arrange this. 

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. 

You must pay return postage to us and the postage for the dispatch of the new item.


T-Shirts for your dog cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If you purchase an animal-related t-shirt for a human and that is returned to me with animal hair on, I can't refund this either as it can't be resold.

What are the payment options?

We accept Credit/Debt Card Payments, Paypal or BACS.

Do you sell gift cards?

We can can offer gift vouchers if you require them

Custom and personalised orders

If you want personal details adding to the item they can be changed in the first 24 hrs of ordering as after they are likely in the production line and pulling them out can result in delays and errors. If you need extra information adding later I will cancel your order and ask you to repurchase, new processing times will apply.

The personal details will be added as it is spelt and if sent in a different language please make it clear what should go wear as it will be printed as it is sent. Please me mindful that Etsy message bunch text together so it is helpful to separate text as it needs to read.

Returned Delivery


If the postage service attempts delivery which isn't collected and the item is returned we can not refund you for the item unless we receive it back in a sell-able condition excluding custom items. We will refund you the item cost but not the postage as we have had to pay for it to be sent prior to the return. We will resend it but you must cover the cost of that's

Lost Items

If your item doesn't arrive we kindly ask that you could bear with us and wait 14 days (UK) and 28 working days (international) after dispatch before we can act upon this. Our postal provider expects us to wait 14/28 days until we can report the loss and claim off them for this. We need to be able to send them some proof of loss so if you drop us a message after the post arrives on day 14/28 days we can process that a refund or resent again if that's what you want.
If you want a tracking number the option on the postage selector is there so if you need to know where the item is please purchase this option.

Care Instructions

We advised all clothing items to be washed at 40c or less, or tumble dry and please do not iron directly onto the designs. Too much heat will affect the print and it will come off. 
Mugs etc please handwash to prolong the designs
